We are seeking an experienced Hybrid Senior Financial Analyst to join their dynamic finance team.As a Hybrid Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role as a business partner to both the finance and clinical teams. Your expertise will help shape the hospital's financial strategies, influencing decisions at all levels.Hybrid Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities:Lead the preparation of comprehensive budgets and forecasts to support strategic planningMonitor, analyze and interpret financial reports to provide actionable insightsConduct in-depth monthly and quarterly variance analysis and ad hoc reportingDrive high-impact process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and effectivenessProvide mentorship to junior analysts, fostering continuous learning and developmentHybrid Senior Financial Analyst Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, HFMA) is preferred5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, with a strong track record of success in a senior role, preferably in the healthcare industryExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and deliver resultsProven leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teamsIf you are passionate about improving healthcare through strategic financial management, possess strong leadership qualities and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting, we would love to hear from you.
