As a Programmatic Account Manager, you'll play a key role in driving revenue and supporting DIRECTV's programmatic business. You will partner directly with agencies, brands, and DSPs to activate demand and manage programmatic campaigns. Working closely with our sales team, you'll help plan, execute, and optimize deals while serving as the primary day-to-day contact for programmatic partners. Your focus will be delivering outstanding client service, building lasting relationships, and driving growth, retention, and renewals. Here's what you'll do: Lead PG and PMP deal setup, optimizations, troubleshooting and reporting in our SSPs. Build and foster deep relationships with Political and Mid-Market agencies, HoldCos, Trading Desks, DSPs, SSPs, publisher networks, and other demand. Provide high level customer service to DIRECTV clients with effective communication, responses to requests, and proactive resolutions to potential issues. Collaborate with DIRECTV AEs to strategize and respond to RFP, client programmatic deal requests, and general capability inquires based on client's criteria, KPIs, and targeting parameters. Manage and closely monitor programmatic deal health to ensure optimal delivery, providing bid recommendations and optimizations to maximize revenue. Serve as a programmatic subject matter expert by developing deep understanding of DIRECTV's programmatic OTT/CTV offering - including capabilities, products, go-to-market strategy and internal best practices. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive programmatic revenue growth - Sales, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Inventory. What you'll need to be successful: 4+ years' experience in digital advertising, with at least 2 years in programmatic ecosystem. Hands on experience working in working with SSPs, DSPs, ad servers, and other optimization platforms. Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with acute attention to detail. Proven track record forging strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives, and recommending best strategies. Fluency working in MS Office and Excel including pivot tables and manipulation of large data sets. Ability to work well with others and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and oral communication skills. A team player who demonstrates the ability to continuously learn and improve, while also providing feedback to enhance workflows. Exceptional organizational skills, prioritizing work based on strategic value and managing multiple account challenges at the same time. The Base Salary range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position and work location(s) listed in the job posting US Labor Market Zone(s). Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. DIRECTV WAGE ZONE N4: $105,800 - $158,700 Please note that the salary ranges reflect base salary only and do not include bonus or benefits - when you consider all of these together, it represents a pretty impressive total compensation package.
