From ground-up resort builds to complex renovations across our multi-property portfolio, you'll have end-to-end accountability for bringing big dreams to life on budget, on brand, and on time."Build the Extraordinary Lead Landmark Projects from Vision to Reality"In This Role, You'll:Lead full-cycle capital projects (builds, expansions, renovations).Turn executive vision into actionable project plans.Manage teams, architects, engineers, and contractors.Oversee permitting, zoning, and regulatory processes.Control project budgets from planning to closeout.Drive schedules, mitigate risks, and handle escalations.Ensure outcomes exceed expectations and match brand standards.This Role is for You If You:Led large hospitality or mixed-use projects from start to finish.Blend strategic thinking with technical and financial expertise.Prioritize guest experience in every project decision.Motivate teams while upholding high standards.Excel in fast-paced, complex project environments.Qualifications:10+ years of experience managing capital projects in hospitality, resort, or commercial developmentProven track record overseeing projects above $250MStrong financial literacy and contract negotiation skillsDeep understanding of construction sequencing, permitting, and vendor managementAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different sitesProficient in project management platforms (e.g., Procore, Smartsheet, MS Project)Decisive, calm under pressure, and driven by resultsPreferred But Not Required:PMP Certification or equivalentDegree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related fieldExperience in high-amenity or guest-centered environments (e.g., waterparks, large-scale hotels)Why Kalahari:Be part of shaping the next generation of one of the country's fastest-growing resort brandsWork alongside executive leaders and make a tangible impactCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits packageA culture built on drive, collaboration, and doing things the right wayThis is more than a project management job.
