General Laborer

Sheet Metal ApprenticeJoin a dynamic team where you will gain hands-on experience working on commercial and industrial job sites. Work a consistent schedule from Monday to Thursday, 6 AM to 5 PM, with the opportunity to work in 4-day, 10-hour shifts. Your work will vary between the shop, where you will pre-make ductwork, and on-site installations at commercial buildings.ResponsibilitiesAssist in measuring, cutting, and installing ductwork into ceiling spaces in new commercial buildings.Participate in the pre-making of ductwork in the shop.Help with the installation of HVAC registers and grills for ductwork systems.Fit elbows for the ductwork as much as possible before arriving on site.Perform basic tasks such as holding materials in place, final installations, clean-up, and parts/accessory installation.Essential SkillsExperience or willingness to learn in sheet metal work and duct installation.Proficiency with hand tools.Basic understanding of HVAC systems and general labor tasks.Additional Skills & Qualifications6 months of construction or installation experience preferred.Mechanically inclined entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.Valid driver's license preferred.Why Work Here?Benefit from working in a brand new building with the opportunity to be trained in a trade for long-term career growth.
