The Leads Administrator serves as a key player in driving results of Barnum’s various leads programs, working closely with various departments to analyze the performance of individual, team and overall financial advisors participating in our numerous, industry leading lead programs.


The role reports into Barnum’s Chief Technology Officer and requires someone who is adaptable and can handle changing priorities, attentive to detail, driven by translating data into insights, comfortable using a variety of technology platforms, enjoys client service, and is highly organized.


Key responsibilities include updating our Salesforce system to maintain advisor and lead records, downloading reports from Salesforce, analyzing data and adjusting quality and quantity of leads, driving lead program projects and developing presentations for financial advisors and managers.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accountable for daily processing and responses from participants in leads program.
  • Regularly examine lead performance and make recommendations on adjustments.
  • Build models to continue to drive improvement from the program.
  • Develop and maintain reporting for updates to advisors, managers and partners.
  • Identify and drive projects that improve the leads program.
  • Daily check of processing (leads distributed, letters linked, surveys, recordings, etc.).
  • Accountable for driving continuous improvement across all key leads metrics.
  • Develop, implement and monitor client survey programs.
  • Seek-out and incorporate feedback from all constituents (advisors, managers, etc.).

  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong proficiency and expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Quick and agile learner; comfortable in a fast-paced environment and self-learner
  • Takes great pride in her/his work

  • Exceptionally professional and organized
  • Extremely detail-oriented

  • Client-first attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in Salesforce is a plus
  • 1+ years professional experience in financial analysis a plus
