A wrist scanner will let you know what to do and where to go next. You will work on several different teams as needed. Below is a sampling (but not comprehensive) of responsibilities on the different teams.Receiving/put away will include:Putting lenses in correct inventory locations and rotating stockOrder selection will include:Picking orders for customers and branchesInforming managers, supervisors or coordinators of stock-outsShipping will include:Verifying orders and correcting discrepanciesBoxing orders in correct containers or boxes with correct documentation and applying address labelsBasic Qualifications:To be a good fit for the Warehouse Associate opportunity, you will have:A high school diploma or GEDThe ability to:Communicate effectively to managers and peer on a daily basisMeet and exceed production goalsCorrectly use RF devices (scanners) as needed; experience with scanners is a plusBasic reading and mathematics abilityMaintain very high levels of accuracy in work assignmentsWork cooperatively as a member of a team and participates in team meetingsPreferred Qualifications:Inventory and warehouse management system experiencePay Range: 18.09 - 23.13Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
