This leader will shape the organization's digital content strategy, content framework, standards and operations, ensuring our messages are clear, compelling, and aligned to our brand, customer needs, and business objectives. In this role, you will build and champion a content strategy practice that drives consistency, quality, and performance. You will oversee content operations, standards, and guidelines while supporting marketing and business partners in delivering high-impact content experiences across web, email, paid media, and emerging digital platforms.What You Will Do:Lead an enterprise content team, setting the vision and strategic direction for enterprise digital marketing content strategy and operations.Define and implement the enterprise cross-platform content strategy, ensuring content is always fresh, accurately curated for developing technology, and optimized based on customer behavior and analytics.Lead content framework development and implementation, ensuring content quality, consistency and performance.Partner with Business Units, the Global Brand Team, and Platform teams to align content initiatives with enterprise priorities and platform needs and capabilities.Lead and develop a team of strategists, consultants, and program professionals.Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Support business units with training, enablement, and best-practice adoption.Act as a key voice in digital initiatives, campaign planning, content technology needs, and experience design.Establish content KPIs and success metrics in partnership with analytics teams.Use insights to improve content performance, engagement, and customer outcomes.Provide thought leadership on emerging digital content trends, tools and methodologies such as AIO/GEO Content Strategy.What You Will Have:Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.Creativity: Knowledge of the approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative, original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations.Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.Technical Excellence: Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.Vendor/Supplier Management: Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants and suppliers).Digital Marketing: Knowledge of processes, techniques, and platforms of digital marketing; ability to implement or manage digital marketing programs.Considerations For Top Candidates:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital, or a related field.Proven leadership experience in digital content strategy, enterprise content operations, digital marketing, or related fields.Progressively complex marketing and digital experience.Demonstrated success building and leading content strategy teams and frameworks in a matrixed organization.Experience with CMS platforms, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus.Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.Expertise in digital content planning, user journeys, SEO, analytics, and governance.Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.Proven track record of building cross-functional relationships and partnerships.Understanding of basic business operations, technical infrastructure, and strong marketing acumen.Ability to provide strategic direction for managing staff, budgets, business plans, and developing long-term plans.Excellent verbal communication skills.Growth mindset in approaching problems and new opportunities.High degree of organization and meticulousness to ensure content accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.Ability to lead organizational change and influence cross-functional partners.What You Will Get:Working with a Fortune 100 leader, you can build your career on a global scale and take advantage of development opportunities with emerging technologies.
