Responsibilities As a Full-Time Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in improving residents' quality of life by: Evaluating residents and developing individualized, goal-driven treatment plans Delivering creative, functional interventions that support ADLs, cognition, and independence Supervising and collaborating with Occupational Therapy Assistants Maintaining accurate documentation and productivity standards Partnering with an interdisciplinary care team to support holistic resident outcomes Serving as a trusted clinical resource for residents, families, and team members Your work will help residents regain function, confidence, and meaningful participation in daily life.
