San Francisco, United States Stackrlabs Full time

Stackr aims at fostering the next generation of web3 applications through a cutting-edge Micro-Rollup framework to build scalable, secure solutions with a focus on state isolation. Unlike traditional rollups, Stackr’s micro rollups target specific, modular components of a blockchain system, optimizing them for speed, efficiency, and scalability. This framework enables the creation of custom state machines, allowing developers to manage state transitions with minimal overhead, leading to faster processing and reduced resource consumption.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our Web3 infrastructure products. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, business development, and marketing, to define, build, and launch products that support decentralized applications and blockchain infrastructure at scale. You will play a key role in shaping the future of Web3 by building products that serve the needs of developers, enterprises, and end users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the product vision and roadmap for Web3 infrastructure products, aligning with the company’s overall strategy and market needs.
  • Conduct research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings in the Web3 and blockchain infrastructure space. Use insights to inform product development and positioning.
  • Work with internal teams (engineering, design, marketing, and business development) and external partners (developers, dApp teams, enterprise clients) to translate requirements into actionable product features.
  • Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch. Define user stories, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Analyze product performance, collect feedback, and use data to make informed decisions that improve user experience and drive product success.
  • Stay updated on Web3 technologies, including blockchain protocols, decentralized storage, smart contracts, consensus algorithms, and Layer 2 scaling solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and business development to create effective go-to-market strategies. Manage product launches, including messaging, positioning, and pricing.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including developers, enterprises, and community members, to gather feedback, build relationships, and drive product adoption.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Prior product management experience leading product(s) from 0-1, preferably within blockchain, Web3, cloud infrastructure, or SaaS environments.
  • Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain infrastructure, and decentralized applications. Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from ideation to execution.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools to drive product decisions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with Agile development practices, including writing user stories, managing backlogs, and leading sprint planning.
  • Obsessed and deeply passionate about understanding customer needs and delivering products that delight users.
  • Beneficial to possess knowledge and exposure to Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocols, consensus algorithms, decentralized storage, and other Web3 infrastructure technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and take ownership of new initiatives.
  • Previous experience working in a high-growth startup or building new products from scratch in the blockchain or decentralized ecosystem.

We are obsessed with end-user experience and love to experiment with cutting-edge technologies, giving you the chance to work on groundbreaking user experiences in web3. Enjoy the autonomy to drive your product vision while working alongside a team that values innovation and excellence.
