The Senior Analyst - FP&A will play a crucial role in their finance team, providing in-depth analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making and financial planning. This role involves working closely with senior management to drive financial performance, enhance forecasting accuracy, and support the budgeting processes. This position is open due to growth and reports to the Finance Manager.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term strategic plans.
  • Analyze financial performance and variances, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and scenario planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial drivers and performance metrics.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to help drive business decisions and strategies.
  • Identify and implement improvements in financial processes, reporting methods, and analytical tools.
  • Drive efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
  • Special projects and ad hoc responsibilities, as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 3+ years of FP&A experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and budgeting processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, BI tools).
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
