Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Mammography Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 01/05/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: Mammo Tech - Mammo Tech Job Details: Perform medical mammograms to diagnose disease or trauma Program mammography machines for correct density, contrast, definition, magnification and distortion Prepare, maintain and operate mammography equipment following radiation safety guidelines Perform and document all QA/QC tests as defined by MQSA Required to work on Mobile Mammography Van when needed, including some weekends American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Mammography required within 2 years from date of hire High School Diploma or Equivalent required Graduate from two-year AMA approved radiologic technology program required 2 years experience in Radiologic Technologist position required 1 year experience in Mammography preferred Required licenses: Registered Technologist (R) (M), Mammo Quality Standards Act, Basic Life Support Facility: This comprehensive healthcare organization provides specialized cancer care and research services as part of a leading academic medical center.
