About the Role:


Job Title: Scala Developer


Responsibilities:

  • Development of Scala/Spark application
  • Pull Request (PR) reviews of Scala/Spark
  • Pull Request (PR) reviews for Python APIs
  • Unit/Integration testing for Scala/Spark applications
  • Some infrastructure provisioning on Databricks E2 environment


Basic Qualifications:

  • Scala - several years of experience is a must-have
  • Spark - at least a year of professional experience
  • Databricks - professional exposure/some experience
  • DynamoDB - at least a year of experience


Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)


Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $100K – $120K annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
