Growing together.As the Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will be providing occupational therapy to patients in their homes to restore them to their fullest physical ability. Primary responsibilities include:Responsible for following all state specific laws governing the provision of occupational therapy in home care, to follow the treatment set only as defined by the supervising OTFollowing the plan of care, instructs and aids patients in evidence-based treatment within the scope of the occupational therapy assistant and according to the state laws governing occupational therapy assistantsObserves, records, and reports to the nurse supervisor and the physician the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's conditionInstructs patient, family, caregiver, and other members of the health care team in the areas of therapy within the scope of the occupational therapy assistantYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required qualifications include:Current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure in state of OregonCurrent CPR certificationCurrent driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportationAbility to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the clientPreferred qualifications include:Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyDemonstrate ability to work independentlyGood communication, writing, and organizational skillsPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.41 to $41.83 per hour based on full-time employment.
