We are looking for someone who is poised to develop into a senior management role within our PMCM NY Team. You will be involved with business development activities and direct client relationships. Ideally, you will have experience leading teams of people and multiple construction programs in an agency CM role. You'll be responsible for the management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives. You'll manage and provide construction oversight and resolve complex construction project related challenges.You'll be responsible for analyzing and developing reports, meeting minutes, correspondences, project awards, invoices, and assist with development and management of project budgets, schedules, and project controls. You'll provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the client by applying proven project management techniques. If you are ready for a senior level management, strive for excellence, and empower the people around you to do great work, this position is for you.Here's What You'll NeedBachelor degree in Architecture, and Engineering discipline, or Construction Management15+ years' experience as a Project Manager in the AEC industryMinimum 10 years' experience with K-12 suburban school district building construction and renovation programs funded by bond referendum and capital budgetsStrong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods OSHA 30 CertificationStrong people leadership skills along with building and maintaining client relationshipsKnowledge of MEP estimating, scheduling and cost controlThorough knowledge of RFI tracking, contract document control, forecast scheduling and costs, preparation of change order review, and review of paymentsAbility to be proactive and incorporate interpersonal skills to develop and maintain positive relationshipsValid drivers license and the ability to travel to project sitesRequired to travel across multiple regions in New York state including, Hudson Valley, Albany and Long IslandIdeally, you'll also have:K-12 experience is a plusRA, PE or CCM a plusParticipation in industry organizations is a plusPrior field experience**No sponsorship is available for this position**
