Relocation assistance is NOT provided.We're seeking a highly skilled and expert Creative Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex marketing and creative initiatives. As a strategic delivery contributor within our creative team, you'll drive creative execution across channels and disciplines, ensuring that multiple campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business goals all while establishing priorities for the team, encouraging a positive environment that removes barriers to efficient campaign execution.You will partner closely with the account manager, creative leads, and partners across the business to turn marketing strategy into successful outcomes. We are looking for a strong communicator, a problem solver, and a collaborator who thrives in adaptable environments. You will excel in cultivating positive team environments while maintaining focus on mitigating risks and meeting timelines.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead the execution of multiple campaigns across marketing channelsTranslate business goals and marketing strategies into clear campaign and project plans, results, and timelinesProactively coordinate project scope, resources, and risksensuring efficiency, quality, and budget alignmentFacilitate cross-functional teamwork and guide project workflows from intake through deliveryLead project meetings, own status documentation, and ensure timely follow-up with clear action itemsPartner with creative and operational teams to optimize tools, templates, and processes that improve project deliveryDrive continuous improvement by finding opportunities to streamline workflows and remove executional barriersLeverage data and project insights to inform decision-making and prioritize next stepsRELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:Act as the go-to execution lead for assigned campaigns under a specific account, maintaining alignment between creative framework and business partners objectivesBuild and sustain strong working relationships across teamsbecoming a trusted, reliable point of contact for campaign-related updatesEmploy sophisticated customer management, anticipate partner needs, handle expectations proactively, and provide sophisticated interpersonal skills and transparency into campaign and project health, risks, and timelinesSupport the account manager in capacity planning, prioritization, forecasting, and delivery strategyMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field57 years of experience leading creative or marketing projects, including complex or enterprise-scale campaigns and programsProven success managing multiple deadlines and results in fast-paced environmentsStrong understanding of creative workflows and marketing processes across omni-channel campaignsExpertise in project management tools and platforms (e.g., Workfront, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, etc.)Proven understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Lean project methodologies is highly recommendedExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detailDemonstrated ability to drive clarity, navigate ambiguity, and influence without authorityA positive, flexible attitude and a commitment to building an inclusive and high-performing team cultureMaintains composure and delivers results in high-pressure and demanding situations.OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:Adhere to OHS policies and procedures and ensure a safe and healthy workplace environmentWe offer competitive remuneration, an annual incentive plan bonus scheme, healthcare, company 401k, and a range of employee benefits Thermo Fisher Scientific offers employment with an innovative, forward-thinking organization, and outstanding career and development prospects.
