Senior Manager Technical Engagement ServiceWe're seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join Technical Engagement Service and focus on Oracle Applications (e.g., ERP, HCM, SCM, CX) and industry solutions, along with their integrations into Oracle technology platforms. You will lead a team of highly skilled individuals, own portfolio planning and delivery, and partner closely with product, field, marketing and customers to drive measurable outcomes. You'll combine leadership with hands-on solution guidancecovering integration patterns, release governance, performance, security, and complianceto ensure high-quality delivery at scale.Responsibilities:Lead and grow a high-performing team across North America; set goals, coach, and manage performance and career developmentDefine and execute technical strategies for application solutioning and integration using Oracle servicesOversee engagement intake, discovery, fit-gap, and solution design; ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and complianceGovern delivery excellence: scope, estimates, schedules, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communicationEstablish release/change processes for quarterly updates and major go-lives; drive test strategyImplement operational best practicesPartner with product management and business leaders to prioritize roadmaps, define KPIs, and realize value and adoptionManage workstreams; enforce standards, and quality gatesDrive integration standards and catalogsContinuously improve delivery through automation, documentation, retrospectives, and knowledge sharingCareer Level - M3Qualifications:5+ years leading and growing successful teams; 10+ years delivering enterprise application solutions, including Oracle Applications or closely related platformsProven track record leading large, complex programs from concept to production with on-time, on-budget outcomesStrong integration background (API-first, event and batch), with practical experience using Oracle integration/servicesDeep understanding of enterprise security, IAM, data protection, and compliance in global environmentsExcellent written and verbal communication; effective with executives, customers, and technical teamsBachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldAdditional Responsibilities:As a manager within the technical delivery organization, you will apply your knowledge of enterprise application architecture to oversee solution design, development, testing, and release activities. You will guide teams enhancing existing architectures and recommend improvements for performance, reliability, security, and cost effectiveness, while adhering to Oracle standards and customer commitments.Work Location and Travel:Remote or hybrid within the United States; travel approximately 2030%, with peaks for events or trainings.Disclaimer:**Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.**Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $141,800 to $232,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40.Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
