Responsibilities

  • Support the Operations QA and Trials team with the facilitation of various trial phases including such duties but not limited to:
  1. Assist in the recruitment and management of trial users (Onboarding, technical segmentation)
  2. Trial app distribution
  3. Site maintenance
  4. Trial test case documentation
  • Monitor Slack, Centercode & Trial Inbox for issues, feedback and comments made by trial users. Ensuring escalation of tickets to the proper business owners.
  • Assist with data collection and summary reporting for trials
  • Provide clear & effective communication to trialists through various tools (Centercode, Slack, Internal Corporate Communications)
  • Partner with cross functional teams across the Direct-to-Consumer business including but not limited to Quality Engineering, Technology Delivery, PMO, Development and Product to define trial worth features and requirements.


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Strong analytic & reporting skills and proficiency in SmartSheet, Excel, Powerpoint and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of Atlassian products like Jira, Confluence
  • Understanding of Agile principles and workflow
  • Experience working with digital and streaming products strongly preferred
  • Team oriented and collaborative with an aptitude and willingness to learn new methods and tools
  • A level of comfort asking probing questions and providing timely responses to help both internal and external customers to troubleshoot issues
  • Experience working with Centercode, macros, JSON is a plus
  • Knowledge of visualization or dashboard tools like Tableau, Power BI or JQL is beneficial
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of various streaming devices (tvOS, Roku, Smart TVs, mobile, etc)
