They provide a welcoming attitude and are proficient in all service questions and requests.Responsibilities and Duties
  • Approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
  • Assist guests with the tour registration process.
  • Entering accurate data into the system.
  • Assist guests with the gifting process.
  • Handle premium inventory utilized for gifting, such as, but not limited to, pre-paid cards, vouchers, and certificates.
  • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Exploria standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the resort.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
  • Must, always, be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and other team members.
  • Respond to guest requests promptly and promote the resort's services and amenities.
  • Resolve minor guest complaints to the satisfaction of the guest.
Qualifications and Skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent and some customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Strong computer skills required.
  • Strong Customer Service skills.
  • Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly, both oral and written.
  • Must work well in fast paced, high-pressure situations.
  • Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
  • Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
  • Must be effective at listening to, understanding and clarifying concerns and issues raised by team members and guests.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Demands:
  • Long hours sometimes required, including weekends, must be flexible with hours.
  • Ability to be on your feet throughout the shift.
