For additional information, visit Role Description This is a full-time on-site Scheduling Coordinator role located in St. Louis, MO. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for organizing appointment schedules, coordinating with clients and team members, and ensuring efficient and effective communication. The role involves maintaining accurate records, managing administrative tasks, and addressing client inquiries both in person and via phone in a professional manner. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilitiesProficient in Appointment Scheduling and maintaining organized recordsExcellent Phone Etiquette and customer service skillsExperience in Administrative Assistance tasks and office managementAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsPrevious experience in a similar role is a plusProficiency in relevant computer software such as scheduling systems and Microsoft Office
