*Requirements:*
* Current and valid New Hampshire (or compact state) LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license required
* Minimum 1+ years of LTC experience as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) within the last 2 years, no exceptions
* Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required
