Join us in our mission to enhance the well-being of our patients and residents while making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.ResponsibilitiesWe have Certified Nursing Assistant -- CNA float nursing pool opportunities available at multiple affiliated skilled nursing centers within a geographic area. Work a minimum of two (2) shifts a week including every other weekend or full-time hours depending on open shifts. As a Regional Float CNA, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. You will also perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of our patients.Qualifications*Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program is required. *Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors at the work site when responding to their medical and physical needs. *Basic knowledge of computers or willingness to learn is required. *Must attend a minimum of 12 hours continuing education programs provided by the center to maintain certification.Benefits*Variable compensation plans *Tuition, Travel, and Wireless Service Discounts *Employee Assistance Program to support mental health *Employee Foundation to financially assist through unforeseen hardships *Health, Dental, Vision, Company-paid life insurance, 401K, Paid Time Off We also offer several voluntary insurances such as: *Pet Insurance *Term and Whole Life Insurance *Short-term Disability *Hospital Indemnity *Personal Accident *Critical Illness *Cancer Coverage Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service.Posted Salary Range USD $24.50 - USD $33.00 /Hr.
