Lead Generation Manager

 

Location: High Point, NC

 

About the Position:

 

As the Lead Generation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate routing, tagging and assigning all leads daily. Additionally, you will develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to acquire top-of-funnel leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, Pardot/Salesforce, excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and a proven track record of generating high-quality leads in a fast-paced environment.

 

  

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Daily lead analyzation and reporting – identifying issues in lead routing, tagging, assigning and other. You are responsible for addressing issues in real time and create recommendations to resolve. You are expected to escalate issues to key stakeholders. Work with Salesforce admins to address issues with effective and timely resolution
  • Serve as the primary Pardot administrator, overseeing all aspects of the platform's configuration, optimization, and integration. This includes, but not limited to forms, list segmentation, email deployment, email reporting and auditing, customer journey mapping, etc.
  • Execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy that drives leads
  • Be intimately involved with Salesforce. Understand how leads flow from Pardot into Salesforce. Ensure accuracy by administrating daily/weekly lead audits and reporting.
  • Weekly reporting on lead generation on the who, what for all verticals is required to drive lead optimization and conversion. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance and replicate campaign outcomes and engagement.
  • Optimize email customer journeys based on data insights
  • Develop and maintain effective list segmentation strategies based on demographics, behaviors, and engagement levels
  •  Implement tactics to drive form fills and lead capture through Pardot's forms and landing pages
  • Other relevant tasks that may be assigned

 

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in Pardot AND Salesforce specifically in lead management, lead routing, tagging, assignment, email marketing, marketing automation, with experience in building and managing automated campaigns (customer journey mapping), list segmentation and form creation and reporting on all things Pardot
  • Salesforce experience is a MUST
  • Requires strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to optimize marketing performance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and communicate complex ideas clearly. Must be strong in follow up
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passionate about ensuring accuracy in Pardot and the interaction between Salesforce – specifically as it relates to lead routing, tagging, assignment and reporting.
  • Preferred experience in ZoomInfo, Survey Monkey
  • Amenable to work onsite at our High Point HQ
