Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Near Oak Forest, Illinois
Schedule: Full-Time, 35 Hours per Week
Duration: March - June (Contract Position)
Compensation: $45 - $60 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

About the Role:

Were seeking a motivated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school-based team near Oak Forest, IL, for a short-term position from March through June. This role is perfect for SLPs who excel in helping students improve their communication skills in a collaborative environment. Youll work closely with students, parents, and staff to create individualized plans and provide targeted interventions to meet each students unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student goals.
  • Provide direct services and monitor progress across a variety of settings.
  • Collaborate with educators and families to maximize student success.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active Illinois SLP license.
  • IDFPR license and an ISBE Professional Educator License (PEL)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but not required.
  • Experience with school-aged children preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
