Universal Home Care & Services Inc is URGENTLY HIRING a Home Health RN for the Atlanta area MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THE ATLANTA AREA IN: Fulton County Clayton County Dekalb County Cobb County Job description Job Duties: Review/submit nursing documentation Keep Physician Book updated Clear Assessments and other alerts daily Aide Skills Check (annually and upon hire) Review and sign service records (weekly) Assist with client chart audits Preform Initial Assessment Visits and Supervisory Visits Review new client's referral paperwork Requirements: RN license (Georgia or Compact) CPR TB 2 years or more of experience in the home care setting Willing to travel 30-40 miles from the office We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
