Responsibilities Position is in a cardiac ultrasound/echocardiography department Work schedule is 5x8 hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Required to work every 6th weekend as needed Cares for a variety of cardiac patients in a hospital-based setting Holiday work may be required as needed Maximum of 7 days of time off; no time off allowed during the first 2 weeks All time off requests must be submitted with application Previous permanent staff must be gone for at least 9 months before returning as a traveler Traveler is responsible for travel arrangements for fingerprinting Labs must be completed within 48 hours of signing or risk cancellation Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer Current BLS certification required Will accept first-time travelers Primary residence must be more than 50 miles from the facility Must commit to required fingerprinting in person in MN prior to assignment start Medical or religious exemption for vaccines must be submitted if applicable License required if applicable Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID #P-627883.
