Watts is a leading brand with a quality reputation and we have a dynamic future ahead./ppThe Finite Production Planner is responsible for creating a detailed, time-phased production plan by SKU and by line at the shift, hour, and minute level, tailored to the specific requirements of the assets in scope. The Planner balances required and available capacity to optimize service levels, working capital, and capacity costs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring on-time, in-full delivery performance, directly impacting customer satisfaction and trust. By minimizing delays, maximizing schedule adherence, and ensuring product availability when and where needed, the Planner supports a reliable and responsive supply chain that meets or exceeds customer expectations. This position reports to the Master Scheduler and is onsite at the Franklin, NH facility./ppstrongPrimary Job Duties and Responsibilities:/strong/pulliTranslate the plans into a detailed finite production schedule/liliGenerate a granular sequence of near-term process orders that fulfill planned orders while respecting asset constraints, labor availability, and changeover logic/liliMaximize adherence to the daily schedule by optimizing allocation of production resources and minimizing last-minute adjustments/liliMonitor volume requirements and actively participate in SOP and SOE processes by evaluating schedule change needs, assess downstream impacts, and ensure alignment between long-term plans and short-term execution/li/ulpstrongCustomer Focus:/strong/pulliProactively flag service risks and schedule adherence impacts when near-term orders deviate from demand or replenishment plans/liliEnsure the schedule protects the ATP (available to promise) commitments/liliEnsure schedule changes are well communicated and impact to the customer is mitigated.
