If so, consider joining our team as a Part-Time Receptionist As the first point of contact for customers, the Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist will create a welcoming environment, assist with inquiries, log customer information into the computer system, page employees over the loud speaker, and support departments with essential clerical tasks.Benefits of Working With Us:Stable schedulePart-time hoursProfessional environmentPart-Time Front Desk Receptionist Schedule:Mondays: 9am-7pmTuesdays: 5pm-8pmWednesdays: 5pm-8pmThursdays: 5pm-8pmSaturdays: Two Saturdays per month 9am-5pmPart Time Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities:Warmly greet customers as they enter and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.Provide general information about services, hours, and locations.Update customer information in the computer system.Handle incoming/outgoing mail and distribute messages to staff.Support teams with light clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, and filing.Notify team members of customer arrivals and ensure smooth handoffs.Communicate effectively with the team to ensure positive customer experiences.Assist with maintaining daily appointment logs and visitor records.Part Time Front Desk Receptionist Requirements:Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of MS Office SuiteProfessional demeanor and a positive, customer-first attitude.Willingness to submit to a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
