Quality Control SupervisorThe Quality Control Supervisor leads the QC team, oversees lab operations, and ensures products meet quality standards. This role also helps resolve testing issues, coordinates lab projects and supplies, and steps in as a QC Technician when needed. Main Duties: Supervise QC Technicians, handling training, scheduling, performance, and task assignments. Ensure the team follows quality standards for raw materials and finished products. Oversee QC testing and documentation for incoming materials and finished goods. Manage daily lab activities: problem-solving, sign-offs, supplies, projects, communications, training, meetings, ISO/customer complaints. Handle return authorizations and Certificates of Analysis (COAs). Perform QC tests when needed due to staffing shortages. Find ways to use slow-moving inventory and implement solutions. Lead data analysis and measurement projects as assigned. Ensure cross-training for all lab processes. Maintain lab organization and housekeeping.
