Experienced HVAC ForemanAs an HVAC Foreman, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects. You will lead jobs, crews, and projects alongside other HVAC installers and foreman- primarily new residential construction.Responsibilities:Install, modify, inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment according to specification and building codes.Identify hazards and safety problems applicable to the installation and operations of HVAC projects.Take necessary corrective action to fix these problems.Make decisions on the job site without interruption to the business or work and job quality.Manage multiple projects simultaneously.Build and maintain project schedules and meet deadlines.Read blueprints.Complete quality control sheets.Qualifications:Leadership skills and the ability to empower individuals on your team.Ability to produce quality work.Excellent communication skills to be used when working with builders, general contractors, and project managers.Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures including ventilation, air conditioning, heating, and environmental control systems.Ability to follow directions.High school diploma or equivalent.Valid driver's license.Strong work ethic that you display daily.Ability to read blueprints.Ability to work 6 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday and an occasional Saturday.Relevant HVAC experience is a plus.*Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
