Our services are unique, so your job will be to educate and build a relationship with our customers.In the Field Daily:Meeting with 10-15 contacts a day.On-site visits, phone calls, and email follow-upsVisiting a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.Customer Relationship Development:Educating on Surface Experts capabilities and limitationsValidating level of customer satisfaction and opportunities to improveEarning the trust with our customers through servingBrainstorming and researching new customer opportunitiesFollow Sales Process:Memorizing sales scripts and role-playing practiceDocumenting sales activities in CRM; tracking a client from lead to Work Order and all the steps in betweenReporting data accurately daily/weeklyPlanning and executing sales strategy for territoryQualifications:Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energeticEnjoys working with other peopleLicensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving recordProfessional, caring and service-mindedReadiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales teamAbout Surface Experts:Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We focus on saving our customers time, money, and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product, so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle.
