Royal Oaks Country Club is a member-owned private country club located eight miles west of the Galleria on Westheimer Road in Houston, TX. The club offers a variety of luxury amenities, including a Fred Couples Signature Course, a fully equipped Fitness Center, a sports complex with hard and clay courts, and a nicely appointed Clubhouse with premiere dining and event spaces.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Banquet Manager at Royal Oaks Country Club in Houston, TX. The Banquet Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of banquet events, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, coordinating with the Food & Beverage team, and maintaining effective communication with clients and the club's management.

Qualifications
  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage industry
  • Knowledge of banquet and event management
  • Ability to hire and train banquet staff
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Relevant certifications and qualifications in hospitality management are a plus
