Overview

Leads the Commercial ending Team, focusing on Relationship Management, Portfolio Management, and Business Development. As part of senior management within the C&I group, helps to shape the organization’s policies and objectives. Provides top-tier service to clients and colleagues.


Responsibilities

  • Represents the organization in community and industry activities, promoting its interests and referring sales opportunities.
  • Develops the team’s structure and staffing plan. Contributes to strategic planning and policy development.
  • Manages a profitable commercial loan portfolio and participates in client meetings.
  • Collaborates with senior management and other departments to evaluate loan requests and ensure efficient operations.
  • Selects and develops team members, conducts performance reviews, and provides guidance and training.
  • Drives business development initiatives and prepares performance reports.
  • Maintains accurate eCredit files and ensures compliance with information security policies.
  • Stays updated on regulatory compliance and industry trends, recommending procedural changes as needed.
  • Performs additional duties as required.


Requirements

  • Preferred: Master’s Degree in business administration or equivalent.

Work Experience

  • Required: 10+ years in commercial lending, with 3+ years in a managerial or Lead role.
