Apply now and let's create memories, one swing at a timeCookPay Range: $17 - $22/hrWhat You'll DoEnsure the highest quality of culinary services for our guests.Quickly, safely, and efficiently prepare food in accordance with our preparation and execution standards.Follow established portion control procedures to minimize food waste and maximize profitability.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment, countertops, and storage areas, to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, rotating ingredients, receiving supplies, and notifying the chef or manager of any shortages or discrepancies.Collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain efficient workflow and communicate effectively to ensure timely preparation and service of meals.Maintain a high degree of standards in cleanliness and sanitation at all times.Follow all safety procedures.Execute opening and closing procedures.Remove trash, safely operate a trash compactor, and ensure cleanliness of the trash compactor area.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious experience as a Cook in a high-volume environment.Strong knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques.Must be available to work weekends and holidays.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment.Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and lift and carry up to 40 lbs.PopStroke is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
