If you're passionate about education and children, and ready to advance your career, we'd love to hear from youAssistant Director Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the schoolStaff Management: Support the recruitment, training, development and supervision of staffCurriculum and Program Development: Assist in the implementation of the Wonder of Learning program, designed to spark curiosity, support individual growth and inspire a lifelong love of learningFamily and Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with familiesHealth and Safety: Conduct regular safety drills, maintain emergency preparedness and licensing regulations to ensure a secure environmentQualifications:Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience teaching in early childhood educationStrong knowledge of child development, early learning best practices, team leadership and classroom managementExcellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skillsA genuine love for children and commitment to providing high-quality educationMust pass required state background checks and meet state minimum education, experience and credential requirementsWonder of Learning is our exclusive education program designed to embrace how children learn best through play and curiosity. Our curriculum is designed to make learning enjoyable while instilling vital 21st-century skills such as teamwork, problem-solving and social-emotional relationships.Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
