divh2Program Financial Analyst/h2pPeraton is seeking a Program Financial Analyst to join a team of qualified, diverse professionals supporting the FAA program in the National Aerospace Sector. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial integrity, performance, and compliance of assigned programs. Responsibilities include budget execution, forecasting, invoicing, cost analysis, EAC development, and financial reporting needed to meet contractual and internal requirements. This role requires close collaboration with Program Managers, Contracts, Subcontracts, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial management across the program lifecycle./ppstrongKey Responsibilities/strong/pulliPartner with operational leaders to ensure that work is executed within the budgeted values./liliPrepare, maintain, and analyze Estimates at Completion (EACs) and coordinate ETC assumptions with Program Management./liliMonitor funding levels, burn rate, milestone billings, labor posting accuracy, and cash collections./liliIdentify and resolve cost posting errors while ensuring accuracy and alignment with program objectives./li/ulpstrongFinancial Planning, Forecasting Reporting/strong/pulliSupport weekly, monthly, and annual forecasting activities, including contributions to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)./liliPrepare, review, and analyze financial reports, dashboards, and program performance metrics./liliConduct variance analysis and provide clear explanations of financial results to Program Managers and leadership./li/ulpstrongPricing, Proposals Business Analysis/strong/pulliSupport proposal pricing, cost strategies, and development of cost volumes./liliProvide historical cost analysis and other financial inputs to support capture and proposal teams./liliDeliver financial business analysis with the ability to clearly communicate results and recommendations to leadership./li/ulpstrongCompliance, Controls Cross-Functional Collaboration/strong/pulliEnsure compliance with internal financial policies, AMS, and government contracting regulations./liliRespond to ad hoc requests and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment./li/ulpstrongQualifications/strong/pulliBachelors degree and 8+ years of relevant financial experience OR Masters degree and 6+ years of relevant experience. An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree./liliStrong background in budgeting, auditing, forecasting, cost analysis, and integrating milestone schedules into financial activities./liliExtremely strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling, complex formulas)./liliKnowledge of Costpoint, Cognos, and MS Office applications./liliStrong analytical skills with the ability to communicate financial information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences./liliDemonstrated ability to multi-task and respond to ad hoc requests on short notice./liliU.S. Citizenship required./liliAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance./li/ulpTarget Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individuals experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
