About the role:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Purchasing Analyst for our Operations team, to help us grow by improving and analyzing purchasing processes for a growing e-commerce company. You will perform forecast duties, and issue purchase orders based on demand. You will coordinate with product development, quality, and artwork departments to ensure orders move through the system in a timely manner.

Who you are:

You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to develop systems, work independently and with the team. You have an analytical mind, able to analyze the data to determine the best course of action for purchasing day-to-day issues, as well as the ability to understand, apply, and be critical of various forecasting models.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with forecasting and weekly ordering.
• Ordering and cutting purchase orders.
• Analyzing costs, and dealing with invoicing documentation.
• Negotiating with vendors throughout the purchasing process.
• Helping the team to improve KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in purchasing roles is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Supply Chain, Logistics Engineering, Finance, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, effective project planning in terms of resources, strategies, cost, and time with the ability to meet project timelines.
• Strong Computer Skills, Especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Knowledge of warehousing logistics is a big plus.

Job Type:

Full-Time Onsite in Naples, FL.

Based on experience.
