We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Project Engineer/ Project Manager to join our team in the Reno Area. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our highway, roadway, utility and drainage construction, and asphalt paving projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee design-build shoring projects from conception to completion.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring strict cost control measures.
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules to guarantee timely delivery.
  • Implement and enforce rigorous quality control protocols.
  • Foster strong client relationships, providing clear communication and exceeding expectations.


Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of progressive project management experience.
  • 2-3 years of direct field experience in shoring construction is a plus.
  • Proven ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical information.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
