Overview


Campus Recruiter Responsibilities


  • Acting as Bernhard's liaison with Tulane University.
  • Designing, implementing, and executing robust, innovative, and university-specific recruiting strategies.
  • Attracting and hiring top university talent to meet hiring goals.


Responsibilities


Specific Responsibilities of Campus Recruiter


  • Attend college career fairs, interact with students, and promote our employer brand.
  • Lead campus recruitment events logistics, including (but not limited to) calendar schedule for career fairs, career fair registrations, and event materials preparation.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and perform skills assessment tests for junior positions and internships.
  • Report on recruiting metrics after every careers event, including the number of candidates interviewed and hired.
  • Brand and promote Bernhard on Tulane University campus as an employer of choice.
  • Advertise current open roles to online and offline alumni communities.
  • Manage internship hiring program by pipeline building, talent sourcing, candidate assessment and collaboration with hiring managers to select best qualified candidates.
  • Contact university career counselors and provide informative materials about our internship programs.
  • Post job ads and source potential candidates on social media groups.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with Tulane University representatives and other educational institutions.
  • Input prospective student data into the data management system.


Qualifications


Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a similar field.
  • 0-2 years of work experience in university recruiting, corporate recruiting, a related HR function, or university setting.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent networking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.


Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications


  • Experience in Admissions and Recruitment in Higher Education.
  • Marketing experience with personal interaction.
  • Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
  • Hands-on experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Familiarity with social media sourcing.


Travel Requirements


  • 25% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.


Physical/Work Environment Requirements


  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Climbing stairs.
  • Remaining in a stationary position, often kneeling, standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
  • Quiet environment.
  • Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds.


Pay Range


USD $57,500.00 - USD $76,800.00 /Hr.
