Delivery Merchandiser SpecialistDelivery Merchandiser Specialists are critical to our success at FritoLay Our Delivery Merchandiser Specialists are responsible for delivering and merchandising FritoLay's complete line of quality products at local stores. Although you will start out as a Delivery Merchandiser Specialist for FritoLay, we are investing in helping you grow with us. This job can open the door to career opportunities with us or our parent company, PepsiCo. In this role, here are some of the frequent tasks you will be doing:Delivering product to assigned route storesChecking in orders with store receiverDelivering the correct sequence and order of carts from dead stack deliveriesReturning empty carts and cardboard from storesManaging the sorting and bundling of cardboard at FritoLay FacilityProperly sorting and filing all proof-of-delivery and other daily reconciliation paperworkWhen merchandising, tasks can include: safely and efficiently placing and stocking product within the recommended pattern and rotating shelved product in all selling locationsWe operate 24 hours a day, which means you may not have a typical schedule, and our jobs are physical If you have never worked in this type of environment before, you should understand that you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift. Here are the minimum qualifications of this job:You are 18 years of age or olderYou may be required to work on weekends, holidays, as well as off shiftYou have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and an ability to obtain other licensure as required by state lawYou can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodationYou are able to lift 15 to 40 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodationWhile the minimum qualifications are all you need to apply, top candidates will also have:Previous merchandising experienceExperience using iPhone and/or iPadAbility to inspire cooperation and confidence of others both within the work group and cross-functionally with Operations and Sales OperationsAs a full-time team member, you will be eligible to receive full company benefits.
