In all actions, support the Quality Policy, Mission Statement, and other policies and procedures by supporting our commitment to total customer satisfaction, quality products and services, lean processes, continuous improvement, on-time delivery, safety, taming, individual accountability, and respect for people.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES* Status delinquencies (shortages), know where they are within the plant and the projected delivery date.* Manage and coordinate short flow, AOG, Priority requirements, Not Moving orders by negotiating due dates when on-time delivery is in jeopardy.* Identify potential problems, analyze, and propose alternatives for resolution for any issues that may jeopardize on-time delivery.* Identifies and communicates parts shortages.* Responsible of generating and follow up Timelines for HOT parts upon CSR request.* Add priority to Work Orders and Shipping Schedules when needed using the plant soft tools such as AS400, e-mail, etc.* Become knowledgeable of and follow company procedures.Support other team positions as required.* Follow all job tools available and applicable to the job and the plant including SP's, Work instructions, Modules, etc.* Perform other duties as assigned and needed to meet company growth and customer expectations.* Work well under pressure; meeting multiple & sometimes competing deadlines. At all times, demonstrate cooperative and civil behavior with co-workers, supervisors and customers.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCES* High school diploma or high school equivalency preferred.
