The Associate Director will partner with the Commerce Manager to drive strategic Commerce initiatives within the team, helping to develop innovative strategies to meet and exceed client business objectives, and lead tactical execution and optimization of programs. They will be responsible for optimizing, implementing, and analyzing paid Commerce marketing activities.ResponsibilitiesThe Associate Director requires the ability to apply search and Commerce knowledge and expertise into actionable insights and recommendations. The Associate Director will partner with the Commerce Manager to drive strategic Commerce initiatives within the team, helping to develop innovative strategies to meet and exceed client business objectives, and lead tactical execution and optimization of programs. They will be responsible for optimizing, implementing, and analyzing paid Commerce marketing activities.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:5+ years of Paid Search experience with strong focus on CommerceIn-depth activation and optimization experience with Amazon (AMS) and Criteo platformsExperience in both organic and paid mediaExperience with implementing campaigns focused on driving online sales, optimizing to a ROASExperience in applying search marketing to brand-building and direct response initiativesExperience with Amazon AAP/Display a plusStrong command of Commerce platforms and tools such as AMS interfaceKnowledge of syndicated research toolsFamiliarity with third-party ad serving technologiesTechnically strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiencyDemonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilitiesSolid verbal and written communication skillsPolished presentations skills a mustAbility to work successfully with teams on multiple projects under tight deadlinesDesire to work in a constantly evolving industry, which constantly presents new and unique challengesAbility to sell ideas clearly and deliver valueDedicated to meet and exceed revenue and goals for our clientsOur Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Diffrence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
