West Valley Hospital located in Dallas, Oregon, a part of Salem Health Hospitals and Clinics, has served the community for more than 100 years. It is the proud home of Polk County‘s only 24-hour emergency department, extending round-the-clock care to Dallas, Monmouth, Independence, and surrounding rural communities. Your Role With Us:

Background/Expertise:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in acute care, ambulatory care, emergency care preferred.
  • Prefer completion of one (1) year of nursing school within the last two (2) years.
  • BLS from the American Heart Association required.

Requires ONE of the following to be considered for hire:

  • CNA certification
  • EMT B certification
  • Enrolled in an accredited nursing school
  • Previous experience as an ED Tech or in a comparable role (i.e. CMA, UAP).
