It's why we've built a culture-focused and diverse environment for you that offers opportunities for advancement with industry-leading benefits.The Team Leader promotes and maintains warehouse productivity and efficiencies by working as a direct floor leader.Benefits you can count on:Pay rate: $23.00 per hour.Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday shift starts at 9:00am.Generous benefits that start on your 60th day: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance.Earn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one and paid holidays after 90 days.401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days.Additional benefits: pet insurance, parental leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and moreWhat you'll do as a Team Leader:Verify and record quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product; research out-of-stocks, shortages, and replenishment issues.Select, pull, sort, and stack product using power equipment or by hand.Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.Coordinate warehouse labor (e.g., start of shift, vacation, and sick calls).This position has additional duties; special projects may be assigned.Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Teammate:At least 18 years of age.High School Diploma or GED preferred.1+ year of distribution warehouse experience, including operation of reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift.Supervisory experience.Basic computer skills.This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.Fit the following?
