  • Should have 7+ years of working experience in Fax, e-Fax solutions, Telecom and IP Telephony products.
  • Should have knowledge of Fax integration with exchange, AD, LRS.
  • Working experience of migration of on-prem Fax to e-Fax/cloud solutions.
  • Should have working experience in Cisco Unified Communication and Contact Center products.
  • Single point of contact for Customer / end user to receive assessment, support and maintenance for IP Telephony, network devices, Servers and end points.
  • Handling IPT L2 / L3 tasks.
  • Hands on Experience to Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Cisco CUCM, Cisco Unity, IP Phones, CUBE, Jabber, SAML, LDAP, SSO, Expressway, etc
  • Excellent understanding of protocols like SIP and H323, routing protocols, SNMP, MPLS, SRV, DNS, certificates, etc.
  • Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Telephony and networking problems.
  • Good understanding PSTN concepts like, TFN, DID, ANI, etc.
  • Can work with delivery. Generate different documents as per business requirements.
  • Knowledge of the network & windows components is essential.
  • Understanding of design concepts.
  • Working experience as Vendor
