HR GeneralistWe are a growing organization looking for a proactive, people-focused HR Generalist to join our team in Fort Worth. You will work closely with the HR Manager and play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations.At the Crimson Group, we provide our clients with high-value automation, instrumentation, electrical design, and process operation solutions. Crimson Group provides total integration of design, project management, panel manufacturing, installation/commissioning, maintenance, and repair for North America and select international markets.What we Offer:Competitive compensation.Comprehensive benefit package.An environment of continuous learning with the opportunity to enhance your skills & experience and grow within the organization.The opportunity to participate in charitable events through our charity, RedTail Community Foundation.What You Will Be Doing:Managing full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and supporting onboarding.Handling day-to-day HR administration, including employee file management, HRIS updates, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.Supporting benefits administration, including enrollments, status changes, and employee inquiries.Assisting with new hire orientation and ensuring employees have a smooth start.Administering routine processes such as leave tracking, policy communication, and compliance documentation.Acting as a first point of contact for general HR questions and helping employees navigate HR procedures.Providing administrative support to the HR Manager on various tasks and projects.Your Skills and Qualifications:24 years of experience in Human Resources, with hands-on exposure to recruiting.Strong understanding of HR best practices, and US employment law and compliance.Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.Someone who is approachable, resourceful, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.Ability to travel to our various branches on occasion.As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and professional work environment, the Crimson Group of Companies conducts comprehensive background checks and drug and alcohol testing on all prospective employees as part of the final offer process.
