Details:

Job Title: Technical Documentation Specialist (R&D)

Duration: 6 Months contract with possible extension

Location: Portage, MI

Pay Range: USD 30 – 33.33/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the timely development, modification, and obsolescence of quality system documentation, including guidance documents, forms, and training plans.
• Support the routing of documentation in the PLM system, including obtaining approvals and verifying system attributes.
• Oversee and adhere to the guidance of formats and standards for documentation.
• Ensure effective planning and management of timelines for all aspects of technical documents.

Job Requirements:

• This is an individual contributor role that requires judgment in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Requires a university degree or extensive practical knowledge gained through experience.
• Understanding and application of procedures and concepts within the discipline.
• Ability to make judgments based on practice and previous experience.

• Typically requires a degree or equivalent.
• No prior experience required.
