We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to join our vibrant team. The right candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with expertise in React, EJS, and Node.js. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain web applications that align with business objectives while ensuring an exceptional user experience. Key Responsibilities: Design, test, and maintain scalable web applications using React for the front end and EJS for server-side rendering. Create and manage RESTful APIs and back-end services utilizing Node.js. Work with UX/UI designers to build responsive and visually appealing applications. Enhance applications for performance, scalability, and security. Identify and resolve software defects to ensure high-quality releases. Participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and meet project deadlines. Keep up-to-date with industry trends to incorporate relevant advancements into our development processes. Qualifications Required: Demonstrated experience as a Full Stack Developer with proficiency in React, EJS, and Node.js. Strong grasp of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Expertise in developing server-side logic and templating using EJS. Deep understanding of building and using RESTful APIs. Familiarity with database systems such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. Experience using version control systems like Git. Understanding of deployment processes and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Exceptional problem-solving skills and capacity to work in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of additional frameworks or libraries (e.g., Redux, Express.js). Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Chai. Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly.
