About the Role:

Job Title: Demand Planner


Must have:

  • Manage and operate within ERP systems.
  • Load and manage approved hardware demands into the ERP system efficiently and accurately.
  • Strong Excel skills are required for extensive reporting and data analysis.
  • Although automation tools like Tableau and Jira are used within the organization, this role will focus primarily on Excel-based reporting.
  • Provide hands-on support with tactical system tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of demand planning processes.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing and spares planning is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level demand planning role.
  • Experience with managing product demand and forecasting for future manufacturing projects
  • Respond to new demand requests within 24 hours.
  • Track status and delivery timelines within SLA, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
  • Provide monthly project status summaries.
  • Regular updates on forecast health, daily reporting on spare status, and weekly reports on deliverables in tandem with production planning.
  • Ensure 100% of forecast and demand changes are documented and communicated within SLA.
  • Provide monthly project status summaries


Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)


Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $80K - 120K annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
