Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Assistant at Engage Media. This is an entry level position with the opportunity to grow within the company. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day marketing tasks such as advertising campaigns, customer service, sales, and marketing support. This role is primarily located in Voorhees, NJ, (Tuesdays-Thursdays) but offers flexibility for some remote work (Mondays and Fridays).


Primary Responsibilities

  • Assists the multiple departments with administrative tasks. This will give great exposure to the different teams within the company.
  • Helps plan and execute marketing campaigns, including newsletters, digital ads, events, and sales.
  • Manages and maintains marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Submits and tracks advertising campaigns submissions.
  • Assists in creating marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Works with graphic designers and content strategists to create engaging visuals and copy.
  • Monitors and manages social media accounts, including posting content and engaging with followers.
  • Studies marketing campaigns, websites, and social media metrics and writes analytics reports.
  • Conducts market research and competitive intelligence.
  • Familiar with Canva, Google Slides, or PowerPoint.

  • Sales skills
  • Understanding of sales & marketing principles
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the media or marketing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related experience.
