HR ManagerJob Summary: The HR Manager will lead and manage all human resources functions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting operational excellence through effective talent management.Key Responsibilities:Employee Relations & EngagementPromote a positive and inclusive work environment.Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and conduct investigations as needed.Implement employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionPartner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent in a competitive labor market.Training & DevelopmentAssess training needs and coordinate development programs.Support leadership development and succession planning.Ensure compliance training is conducted regularly.Performance ManagementLead performance review cycles and coach managers on feedback delivery.Monitor employee performance and support improvement plans.Compliance & Policy ManagementEnsure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws.Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.Manage audits and reporting requirements.Compensation & BenefitsAdminister payroll and benefits programs in coordination with finance/payroll teams.Benchmark compensation and recommend adjustments as needed.HR Metrics & ReportingTrack and analyze HR KPIs (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, training hours).Provide insights and reports to leadership for strategic decision-making.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Strong knowledge of labor laws, OSHA regulations, and HR best practices.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lithonia, GA 30058.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $125000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
